Seasonal Design Workshops are being offered on the following dates:
Saturday, November 16, 2019, 4:15pm – 5:15pm. Fall centerpieces: Discuss the colors of fall and how to use textural accents for a beautiful and non-traditional vased centerpiece.
Saturday, December 14, 2019, 4:15pm – 5:15pm. Winter Flowers: Discuss the various ‘winter flowers’ available in December, for a non-holiday floral arrangement.
Saturday, December 21, 2019, 4:15 – 5:15pm. Holiday Workshop: Discuss the many floral accents that make holidays extra special and design a holiday centerpiece .

In each class, every participant will design and take home an arrangement within the workshop theme. Enhance your floral designing skills and bring home a beautiful arrangement during this one hour instructed class.
The class will be hosted at FlowersFlowers cozy shop in Evanston, and the workshop cost is $90 which includes all materials and one hour of instruction. Limited to 6 people, so sign up quick! Call the shop to sign up!
A SPECIAL WORKSHOP OFFERING, AS PART OF DOWNTOWN EVANSTON’S HYGGE FEST: FEBRUARY 29, 2020: THE ART OF THE FLORAL BOUQUET
In this workshop, FlowersFlowers’ designers will teach you the basics of creating a handheld floral bouquet, including a discussion of color palette, flower shapes and structures, and then how to assemble the blooms together. Flowers will be picked from buckets, in a European style flower market fashion, similar to how they’re presented at FlowersFlowers’ brick and mortar shop.
The workshop includes flowers to create a medium sized arrangement, and a beverage from Smylie Brothers. What better way to embrace the joy in the Hygge attitude than with beautiful flowers and a great drink?!
The class will be hosted at Smylie Brothers‘s cozy private dining room. The workshop cost is $75 which includes all materials and instruction and a beverage of your choice (beer or house glass of wine; non alcoholic beverages available, too!) Additional drinks and food will be available for purchase.
