The FlowersFlowers signature style is a lush English garden design style of premium blooms with delightful whimsy. Flowers are imported to us daily from all over the world, from Holland to New Zealand, and South America to California. And, when available, we love to feature locally and regionally grown flowers.
The flowers vary from season to season with Mother Nature, and may include roses, ranunculus, peonies, dahlias, and hydrangea, along with textural and whimsical floral elements. We do not design with more ordinary flowers such as carnations, mums, poms, alstroemeria, and gerbera daisies, nor do we use fillers such as baby’s breath, asters, leather leaf and tree fern. The flower varieties and their quality, our designs, and our service, set us apart from others.
FlowersFlowers is a full-service flower shop, and our services range from floral arrangements for life’s everyday occasions to flowers and décor for weddings, parties, and memorials.
We offer pickups of preorders and delivery within Evanston, Chicago, and to most Chicago suburbs. We also provide services for sending flowers worldwide via one of the most exclusive wire services with member florists that share our philosophy of using high-quality seasonal flowers in exceptional designs.
FlowersFlowers was established in 1980 and has been under its 4th ownership since 2024. We continually evolve to meet our clients’ needs, first serving as a European-style ‘bucket’ shop, where customers could purchase flowers by the stem, and then moving to a pickup/delivery model during the pandemic.
We are now returning to our original model and, in addition to floral deliveries and pickups, we are open again for in-store shopping, offering a curated selection of cards and gifts and grab-and-go bouquets.

Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m the owner and creative director of FlowersFlowers, a long-time home gardener, and local farm cut flower grower at Lacuna Farm - I’m a flower fanatic! I’ve lived and worked in Evanston and the North Shore for nearly 20 years, and I can’t imagine a better place to build a life.
My favorite flowers are… likely what I currently have in my hands! But, dahlias, peonies, and sweet peas always have my heart. Every year, I appreciate flowers more and more for their ability to bring beauty and joy into our everyday lives.
When I’m not working, I can be found in the garden, at the beach, or snuggling a kid or a pup.
