New Trier pre-orders will be open through noon Thursday, April 16. We offer delivery Friday afternoon, and pick-up orders must be picked up from the shop between noon and 4pm Friday, April 17. Your refrigerator may have frozen spots - please store overnight in a cooler with ice for best results.
